Constructing a Loft Bed (Day I)

A few weeks ago we decided to get a new bed for our little man. A couple of tours through #furniture stores later I randomly mentioned it couldn't be that hard to build one ourselves.
Well then, there I sat a few days later designing a loft bed in #blender, discussing my resulting proposals with the family. Off to the #diy store to buy wood, ironware and extra tools. Back home we started cutting the boards to size and drilling holes for the plugs. Could have made a bit more progress without the 'support' from our son but at least most joints were drilled and all parts ready to be assembled.
