I'm asking you to stop, take a step back, and reflect.
One thing I've learned, as an Israeli lefty living in the UK for a long time, is how strong and prevalent #ConfirmationBias is.
You've surely heard about the bombing of a hospital in #Gaza. My impression is that most Israelis believe that #Hamas or #PIJ did it (accidentally or on purpose), and most lefties outside of Israel believe that #Israel did it (accidentally or on purpose).
If you're sure about it either way, there's a good chance that you are wrong. Wrong about the facts. Instead of shouting about it, take this as an opportunity to consider confirmation bias. Your own confirmation bias, that is. Why were you quick to believe something that might be wrong? Consider that you might be wrong about other things in this conflict, believing whatever supports your narrative. Own it.
