Good evening/afternoon/morning everyone and welcome to today's #checkin. Can't believe it's my last day again for this week. Finally a bit of rain outside. However, this morning (in my timezone), finally the Artemis I rocket launched successfully and the spacecraft Orion is now on route to circle around the moon! What an impressive piece of technology.
Meanwhile, in Germany the era of the last telephone booth/boxes is coming to an end again. Most of the old famous yellow ones had been dismantled before, and the newer ones are also about to be disabled in the next weeks.
When I was a kid, we had one of those famous yellow boxes in the village center as well... Loong gone. I remember that during holidays in Austria or Italy as a kid we always used these telephone boxes there with phone cards to call friends or grandparents.
