A beautiful day here in #Ottawa that reached +18°C (64°F) and so @Kathryn Barr and I did a #bike ride to Hartwell's Locks on the #Rideau #Canal for a picnic lunch - our first of 2023! The canal is still not filled yet, so it looks pretty muddy.
