#Autumn is here in #Ottawa and that means it is time for the march of the woolly bears. These #caterpillars make their way to winter hideouts and then freeze solid over the winter, surviving thanks to their built-in anti-freeze. In the spring they thaw and carry on, spinning cocoons to emerge as tiger moths.
