Howdy, howdy!

We recently watched Limitless with Chris Hemsworth. It’s a natural fit for us because our focus is living the most healthy life we can. It's a mix of training and experience with some research behind it…papers are not cited so not sure about the quality of research but nothing he does is overboard for someone in good health. AKA not overweight, no issues around food, no mental health or metabolic issues. At least he's super personable and so easy to watch. His friends are funny and the trainers are an interesting range of people. Each challenge ends with changes he hopes to make in his personal routine.

I'll admit this isn't the type of show I usually watch but it's certainly encouraged me to keep the one 24 hr fast a week going. You can tell we're old because fast day (and thus night) is Saturday. Did I mention I like to eat?
