Closing in on 10am. Overcommitment in practise: Somewhere in between timeboxing, expected and actual meeting durations. Sometimes things take longer than expected and really fill the time planned, effectively shrinking the hoped-for amount of planned yet available hours that could be spent on other important things. (Too, there is a limit to meeting duration after which focus and productivity rapidly drops, and it feels still unclear how much this depends on random factors of daytime, personal mood or topic involved.)
