NOT FROM THE ONION: The Estonian Prime Minister has called on more than 50 countries to donate 0.25% of their GDP to Ukraine every year.

Every participant in the Ramstein Forum, including all NATO members, should do so. This would help raise at least €120 billion, said Kaja Kallas.
