Another one bites the dust:
The head of one of the largest suppliers of surveillance equipment to Russian special services died on July 22. Russian law enforcement found βIKS Holdingβ Head Anton Cherepennikov dead in his office on July 22 and later claimed that Cherepennikov suffocated during a xenon gas therapy session.
