China BANS Halloween, Mass Arrests in Big Cities (11:22)
(29 October, 2024) Police descended upon #Halloween festivities in #China’s big cities this week to prevent youths from dressing in costumes. Spiderman, Batman, Ninja Turtles, a Fan Bingbing look-a-like, and even a Buddha and a monk were among many who were rounded up by authorities. Even big plush toys were checked to see if they were a humans dressed in cosplay.
