I finally found the time to make some #cheese again!

Based on the same Maribo recipe as my last batch of cheese. But I've tweaked it a bit, trying to get the cheeses a little less salty.

I had too much curd for my big mould, so I made a small, flat cheese from the rest. I'm planning on making some sort of experimental cheese with this flat one. I just have to come up with a proper experiment. It will probably involve a bath of wine or beer. Any suggestions?
