Quick Andor note: AFAIR, the first and only time Clem Andor has been named in the show is when Maarva says she walked the long way around the square so she doesn't have to "see Clem hanging there".
That means that someone only watching the show wouldn't realize that "Clem" was the name of Cassian's adoptive father until episode 7, after we'd seen him using "Clem" as his cover name during the mission on Aldani.
When Luthen referred to how they hung Cassian's father, he only referred to him as his "father", not by name. But obviously he knew his name. So Luthen knew when Cassian chose that cover name, and he replied, "For the next five days you're Clem."
