QNAP TS-x53E: Neue NAS-Geräte mit 2- oder 4-Bay und 2,5 GbE

QNAP hat neue NAS-Geräte vorgestellt: das 2-Bay TS-253E und das 4-Bay
TS-453E. Im Inneren des NAS werkelt ein Intel Celeron J6412-Prozessor.
Der Quad-Core-Prozessor schafft im Burst bis zu 2,6 GHz. Einsatzzweck
seien laut QNAP langfristige Projekte, bei der mehrere gleiche
NAS-Modelle in mehreren Filialen oder Zweigstellen eingesetzt werden
sollen. 8 GB Arbeitsspeicher sind vorhanden, integriert und nicht
erweiterbar.

Die wahlweise zwei oder vier Festplattenslots sind Hot-Swap-fähig. Hinzu
kommen zwei PCIe Gen 3×2 Steckplätze im M2-Format (2280), Einsatzzweck
hier beispielsweise als SSD-Cache. Mit dem Netzwerk wird das NAS über
zwei 2,5-GbE-Anschlüsse (RJ45) verbunden. Jene unterstützen Port
Trunking mit bis zu 5 Gbps Bandbreite. Vorhanden sind nebst HDMI-Ausgang
(1.4b) zudem zwei Ports mit USB 3.2 Typ-A und zwei USB-2.0-Anschlüsse.
