They have ignored my last two service requests concerning my refund on the defective computer so I posted in the community forum...I just got this via email:

Original Post: Where the h*ll is my refund.... Defective laptop was returned over three weeks ago....still nothing and they have ignored my last two inquiries .... the website shows nothing, no details on the service request(s) .... If I don't get my refund over the weekend I'm going to dispute the original charge via my credit card company!
