#Guterres has angered the once great Z by attending the #BRICS Summit so is no longer welcome in #Ukraine. Z accused the UN Secretary General of ‘insulting common sense and international law’ through his visit to Kazan. Guterres has been placed on Ukraine’s hit list as ‘an accomplice to Russian authorities and complicit in its crimes’ - all this for attending BRICS at Kazan. This could place him at risk of assassination since many on the list have already been killed.
