Escalation of the Conflict in the Red Sea: New Coalition Strikes on #Yemen⚡️

🗓 By morning, more detailed data appeared about the massive 👉 night attack of coalition forces on targets of the Ansarallah group as part of Operation Poseidon Archer.

▪️ The Houthi press service said that a total of 48 missile strikes were carried out, most of which fell on the provinces of Sana'a, Taiz and Al-Hodeidah. Al-Bayda, Al-Hijjah and Al-Saada were also affected.

▪️ This correlates with nightly information from local Yemeni sources, who named in detail the settlements in which missile arrivals were noted.

🔹 The coalition mainly used Tomahawk sea-based cruise missiles (about 30), as well as F/A-18E/F and FGr.4 Typhoon carrier-based aircraft from #Akrotiri.

❗️However, as before, despite the massive nature of the attacks, the targets were not chosen very selectively. The territories of former military units and port facilities came under attack again.

🔹 Not any significant damage was confirmed by the Houthi retaliatory attack. There are no details yet, but the launch of two ballistic missiles from #Yemen was recorded.

📌 Some media outlets started talking about the defeat of an #US F-35 fighter, which allegedly crashed in #SaudiArabia, but the point is that the F-35s did not fly to #US military bases in the #MiddleEast, and they did not participate in the attack on #Yemen.
