Since this #biking and pedestrian #bridge from Vincent Massey Park to Carleton University was built 19 months ago and seems to be complete, you would think it would be open for use by now, but you would be wrong! I have asked the authority #OCTranspo when we can expect to use it, so I will let everyone know what I hear.
