Terror inquiry as Texan kills female Lyft driver and shoots Plano PD

Imran Ali Rasheed, 32, shot dead a Lyft driver - Isabella Lewis, bottom right - in Garland, Texas, on Sunday. He then drove to Plano police station and opened fire. Police now suspect terrorism.
