I remember this day well, we were out shopping & saw some folks huddled round a radio on the market, i thought that there had been an early goal.Somone said there had been a crush & several people were injured.I was a season ticket holder for my team at the time & has seen first hand how football fans were treated.The subsequent cover up by police didn't surprise me, or the lies printed in the press, we ed seen plenty of that during the miners strike.
