A Mighty Wind: Meta-post Discussion of the Volte-face in online media and politics

Twitter and Facebook have banned DJT, GooglePlay have banned Parler, Apple appears ready to, and more, as ... scattered over numerous posts. @Joerg Fliege suggests:

I think we need a meta post to discuss this sudden change in Twitter/Facebook/Google/Apple[?]/Reddit[??] behaviour. Together with all the resignations from the White House it does feel like the wind is coming from a new direction.

(And I continue to be reminded of stories from my grandma, who lived through Hitler’s regime. The amount of people who suddenly decided to burn their uniforms in Spring 1945 was amazing. They all turned up later, well embedded in the new administration, mind you.)
