Welcome to #checkin for Tuesday, December 13, 2022!

Good morning/afternoon/evening and welcome to today's #checkin. Today is a special day for me, as it's my last day on my current job. I will start a new job in January. I've been working now for 4 years at this company, but it was time for a change. I could already meet the team of my new company, and they all seem to be around my age (+/- 10 years) and nice and relaxed so far. Of course, I am also bit nervous about the unknown things that lie ahead, but I am sure it will work out.
Fortunately the new company is also around the corner, so I can still go there by foot.

Today I will meet with some guys at the Christmas market and we will drink a bit of mulled wine or maybe Hot chocolate with cream! Yummy! Always loved it when my grandma made Hot chocolate. Also fitting for today is National Cocoa day".
In school it was also very common to have either milk or cocoa drinks.

What's your favorite warm drink (despite tea or coffee) ? Any special drink for cold days? Mulled wine or mead?
