In the next several years, Israel will go all out against the Palestinians, bringing the remaining Muslim nations in against them, which will bring The States in on it. If Putin's Putin, he'll back up his customers... unless he misses his move. If they haven't started yet, everybody capable will go nuclear, but in a limited way. Big city here, big city there kind of thing. Any tyrants remaining standing will go conventional after the areas that don't glow at night.
That's somewhat avoidable if The States collapse inward at next year's election. shrug
