Hello! Woo Hoo, it's Canada Day! Sorry, I know most of you are not Canadian, but I am. Tee hee, I'm the #checkin mod today.

😂😂😂 Well, the good thing about Canada Day is that it's inclusive even though it may mean a wide range of things to different people, and that's ok. BTW, did you know you don't have to be Canadian to celebrate Canada Day? Five words that come to MY mind when I think of Canada are (in any order): Freedom. Diversity. Respect. Humanity. Conscientious (doing what's right). For me there are many more words, which is why it is a very meaningful day. Also, most Canadians are only too aware how flawed we are and how much more effort it will take to achieve ok, but by golly, we do the best we can. For today, we celebrate the here, the now and who we are with friends, and have lots of good laughs.

Since this is #Checkin it's perfectly all right if you happen to not resonate with the topic of the day. We are always interested in what happens to be on your mind. Random is good. 😄
