NYT reports that Biden administration have come to an agreement with Iranian government to exchange 5 American (dual) citizens in Iran's prison with $6B of Irab's frozen assets.
The money will be transferred to a bank in #Qatar and will be under supervision of their government to make sure it can only be used for purchase of food, medicine and medical equipment.
This is the 3rd such prison exchange between #Biddn administration and #Reisi's government.
