The NYT still commands leadership in the one-topic scrum at the WH Press Briefing.

My family has long read the #NYTimes, starting in 1939 when my father's family arrived as refugees from Hitler. My Grandfather's first purchase was a copy of the NY Times. My father had a subscription, and so did I. We trusted the NY Times.Today's BREAKING NEWS about a Parkinson's specialist visiting the Whitehouse was the last straw. The NY Times professional (?) journalists (?) and editors spun this to imply more BIDEN PROBLEMS!!!!! And missed the details of the Parkinson's bill signed on July 2 (https://www.parkinson.org/about-us/news/national-plan-end-pd-act)

I don't know what's happened - or why - but the disproportionate and misleading emphasis on Biden, while failing to provide the same detailed and frequent reporting on TFG's positions, absurdities and lies tells me the NY Times is no longer a reliable newspaper.

So I broke with 85 years of family tradition, and cancelled my subscription. Which was hard, and leaves me saddened.
