Life stress shit still going on since yesterday including through the run, the little sleep because of that, still recovery from Monday’s leg day, allergies super high, temps in the low 70s, or what but this was the crappiest run I’ve had in a long time. Heart rate was all over the place. I cut it off way before the planned 10 miles. Not feeling too worse for the wear but JFC. Ah well can’t win them all. #running
