French national shot by rebel sniper after embassy convoy attacked by Sudan militia

The man was reportedly shot by a sniper of the rebel militia trying to disrupt the evacuation process.

A French national has been shot in #Sudan as Emmanuel #Macron attempts to evacuate his officials from the country. The official spokesperson for the Sudanese Armed Forces reported that members of the rebel Rapid Support militia "attacked the French #embassy convoy with gunfire".
