Hope this is not true: French troops on the Ukrainian front
Paris has sent the first unit of up to 100 Foreign Legion soldiers to Ukraine, writes the Asia Times, citing former assistant US Deputy Secretary of Defense Stephen Bryan.
According to the publication, France plans to send a total of 1.5 thousand fighters to support the AFU troops.
AT claims that Foreign Legion soldiers are stationed in Slavyansk.
Among other things, artillery and reconnaissance specialists have arrived. The officers are French citizens. The rest of the group are foreigners from all over the world. An official confirmation is still pending
