#FedEx doesn't deliver to Post Office Boxes. Until this week. It took phone calls and a few heated words with FedEx, but I stated other carriers like #UPS do this every day, and gave them simple instructions how to do it, simply pull up to the back dock and someone will sign for it. But this FedEx driver had a longer visit as #USPS set their system up to communicate with theirs. Now I got my package safely and not dropped off who knows where. It pays to move things up the ladder until management listens and is willing to revisit policy. The long fight with FedEx is over and now all my packages will seamlessly arrive safely.
