It is getting harder and harder to find the items I used to buy in Paris and the ones I find are close to double the price of what I used to pay!
I love Bulgarian feta. Was so happy to find them when I was living in Paris and I always had one pack in my refrigerator. The price was good too, 7.99, and later after pandemic it went up to 9.99, but here I could not find it anywhere until I found this shop in Nice that sells them with their online shop, I can order it, then just go there and pick them up.
But the price is much higher, 14.99, which is OK if didn't need to add the train+bus tickets to it. Maybe what I do, is to set up a big order, then plan a day out in Nice, visit the Tunisian butcher that sells meat and chicken in large packs at discount price, fill the shopping trolly and then have a Succa at my favorite shop in old town Nice and head home.
I may even add a stop at the Nice open market for some fruits and vegetables (if I do it on wednesday, when the market in norther part of town is open, not the tourist trap in the old town).
