Most of these people (the foot soldiers) need to be put in a kindergarten-style "time out" and instructed on how to grow the fuck up. The leaders need to be imprisoned. We already know how fascism plays out. There's no need to allow Republicans to repeat the experiment here.
It's way past time to fight back. Republicans are fascists and bullies. They kill us with impunity. (Every mass shooting in the USA ever has been committed by a republican.) Perhaps we need to think about returning the favor. We just have to be smart about how we do it. But we're good that that.
