The hospital lunch today was delicious. Chicken leg with nice sauce, boiled potatoes and tomatoes with herbs. And of course chocolate eclair. Didn't eat the mushy cheese

The bad news is I have to stay one more night, the results of my echography wasn't good so they want to see if the medication I'm receiving has made the desired effect.

Still can't leave the bed, and declined a sponge bath. I can stay stinky for one day before leaving. The room is perfect temperature not as freezing as the emergency section and not as hot as the first night.

This is what I love about paying taxes in a country that takes care of it's people. Even if this is only the second time I have been in need of such service, knowing that it is there when I need it and it's available to everyone of all income makes me a happy participant in such system.

Getting daily blood tests in the morning, continues heart monitor, blood sugar level tests 3 times a day and 3 meals a day (breakfast is very simple, just bread bad butter with coffee, tea or hot chocolate, of a pastry with compot. Plus a morning and evening doctors visits.

Can never understand those selfish ass holes who think health care is a previledg and should only be available to those who "deserve" if.
