Cooked some extremely unhealthy Sweet dish called Halva.
It is a dish that is usually made on religious holidays or on days to memory those in family who are. O longer with us.
It is usually decorated with crushed pistachio or almonts, but I have none.
Saw someone Sharing on the FaceBook group and got me into frenzy of craving it.
Took about 40 minutes to make r plates like this, tried to decorate it in the old traditional way, but it's not fancy.
I also lost must safron container during the move and used vanilla instead. It's not as good but at least it's not blend.
Will share a good English recipe when I find it.
PS. It's just flour, butter, cooking oil, rosewater and safron (vanilla in my case) so it's nothing for weight counciense person.
