#mydog
Tried to trim Mellie a final trim to fix parts I missed last time.
I didn't do a great job, but at least she doesn't lookike a homeless dog any more. I need to buy scissors that are safe to trim her fur because the ones I have are not safe and I'm afraid I may poke her in the face of eye.
Tomorrow is bath time.
Mellie is killing me. I haven't had this much exercise for years.
3-4 times a day and at least 2 of them all around town and back.
Today she found a new park, used to be just crappy bushes, but it's now a gorgeous park full of beautiful exotic flowers and nice benches to relax. But located in the exact opposite of the town.
She might have been a salamander in one of her previous lives
The sun is too hot, so she only stay there for a few minutes before going to the hallway on the cold tiles.
Out local butcher gave me a bag full of lamb bones with some meet on them, gave one to her to keep her busy and she's loving it.
I asked for just one piece, but he gave me a large bag full of different types of bones. From shoulder to hoofs. Mellie eating them like candy.
She didn't even look at the ones I bought from the pet store. Now I know, free fresh bones are more appreciated than processed expensive ones from pet store.
Poor Mellie, she is so used to my wife and love her so much that she has been crying and mopping all day since she left for airport to go back to US.
She will be back in 2.5 weeks and I hope Mellie is comfortable being with me only and not feeling so sad.
On the positive side, she napped on my side of the bed this afternoon, and ate her snacks before going out for a long walk to the Park next door. It's the first time she has done it without my wife.
Poor puppy is not used to the noisy city like JLP., very nervous when walking outside. She sure misses her huge yard and and her friends around her.
She is definitely mommy's dog.
