With the fabulous weather we're blessed with these days ~ It's that time of year to enjoy ~ This is the closest to a Mediterranean setting I'm going to get! It's pretty darn close! *Ahh ~ Tabouleh, Fatayir bi Sabanikh (Arabic Spinach triangles), Hummous, Babaghanoush, Olives, Grilled Chicken, Grilled Halibut with fennel...( with parsley, a little allspice, salt and pepper )... Grilled Lamb Chops ~ Kabab..... and anything your heart desires!... Freshly squeezed watermelon juice ~ whatever else you wish to drink ... or eat ~ *very niccccce !
