AimLab - free game to specifically train and analyse your shooting skills for 1st person shooter games

It is probably also very good at improving your eye-hand coordination skills, but it is specifically designed to use AI to do deep analysis of various shooting tasks you carry out, and then hones in on improving your weaknesses identified. It has profiles also that are suited for specific games, but otherwise you can do the general profile. It is designed for Windows, but it played fine on Manjaro Linux for me with Steam and Proton.

Each training task has its own unique analytics focused on a particular area, while your data profile allows you to measure and track performance improvements over time. Rich data visualizations help you understand your performance.

Having all the data and the analytics about your performance in your profile allows you to decide which areas to improve in order to get better in your favourite game. Compare your performance to the top gamers and get insights on how to get to their level.

It is also perfect for switching from keyboard/mouse to a controller, or vice versa, and getting your eye and hand in before diving into a real live multi-player game.
