It's december and we still find edible wild plants around the farm - at least where they aren't covered with snow (not that we couldn't dig them out). ;-) Here you see dead-nettle (Taubnessel), yarrow (Schafgarbe), strawberry leaves (Erdbeerblätter), wild thyme (wilder Thymian).
