#kiwiirc Web site is down and even #clownflare fails to compensate for it. #cloudflare is wrongly advertised as making sites more robust; it practice it only abuses people who visit those sites.

It is a bit frustrating that #kiwiirc recently changed #nextclient to steal focus using #javascript and I hope they undo this decision (a really poor UX decision when it gets embedded) https://kiwiirc.com/nextclient/

#kiwiirc "clientnext" decided to suddenly add focus-stealing, causing me loads of trouble without prior warning. #javascript is problematic for many reasons. It gives the server/site too much control over the visitor.
