Two visit to the post office, a long call that they just hung up on me and an official complain about the problem
And my package with presents for my family is finally on it's way to US.
I really hope it arrives before xmass.
Terrible service by #French postal service.
The package supposed to take 3-8 days to reach the destination. 10-12 during major holidays.
But this is just ridiculous.
The post office has lost my package and said it was delivered.
After complaining, they denied my complain and sent me a message asking me to send them the proof that I have not received the package.
How the hell am I supposed to do that?
6 years in south of Paris, and I lost only 2 packages. 8 months back in Antibes and this is the 5th package that "got lost".

I'm getting worried that the package I sent to my family in US may not arrive before Xmass!
It has been at this stage for the past 8 days, and the package was supposed to take 3-8 days total.
They used to offer big discount if it was delayed more than 2 days. But they no longer support that for packages sent to US.
I'm really upset.
