How should one setup #paperless, or in fact #paperlessngx, for a two person household, to hold all documents and allow both persons to access with their own user account?
There will be lots of common documents, but also some that are kept separately.
All documents are at the moment stored in a folder with a structure of sub folders in it. Each file has a meaningful filename.

Anyone ever moved a manually organized folder based #document collection to #paperless (now #paperlessngx ) and can share some experiences?

I have all my paper correspondence, in- and outgoing on disk and am consider to moving it to paperless.
Now the files are organized in folders and named according to the content, some of the PDFs contain OCR text layers, many don't.

It is about personal documents, I stopped keeping papers about 10 years ago, so I am mostly paper free in my documents.
