:) now that i've restored my ability to do squats (in part, thanks to #uprighthealth ), this seems like a nice next target in my #mendings.
first attempt at a from-ground pistol-squat, i barely got 1% of the way up. :) ... I WILL BE WELL. :) MENDWAAAAARDS! :) #mendwards.
