Early breakfast with homebaked #bread.
Let the bread cool down over night and woke up early to catch a train. Used 2 pieces of the part with olives, herbs and fried onions to make a few swedish Smörgås with one topping (my first store bought tomatoes since May 2022).
The results are great, but needs improvements.
- Less #cheese, or higher flour/cheese ratio.
- A little more salt
- let the bread rise a bit more before putting it in the oven
- Try making it with whole wheat instead of the one with seeds in it
- No fried #Onions (doesn't add up to my smörgås taste that well
And to make sure I have good sandwich:
- Need more toppings for my smörgås
So, overall, it was a hoot try. Have bread for 11 more breakfast that I will freeze and take out when needed.
