Midnight baking:Whole wheat bread with sunflowers and (some tomatoes in one corner).

It is my usual no kneed bread recipe that I started around 8pm and let it sit to raise and baked it slowly in the oven.

It takes a long time but it's not labor intensive at all

Of course I can't go to sleep without eating some of it.

First time baking with dark flour and I'm pretty happy about the taste.

I've never used that type of flour before, tried a new whole wheat flour mixed with 1 cup of oat and I'm pretty excited and next time I will add some nuts to it. It will make it even better.
