طالبان با انتشار بیانیه ای رسما اعلام کرد که در جنگ با ارمنستان از رژیم باکو حمایت میکند.
پیش از این تروریست های داعش و تکفیری های سوریه با حمایت از باکو به مرز با ایران منتقل شده بودند.
مشخص نیست که آیا طالبان ممکن است نیرو به منطقه ارسال کند و این بیانیه نوعی چراغ سبز آمادگی برای ارسال نیرو بود یا خیر/آذری ها
