Followed two capercaillies for hours through the forest, laying on the ground smelling all the plants and getting my clothing soaked with forest moisture. I love this birds, they are so beautiful, yet absolutely silent and shy. Can't get enough of em. :)

a tiny owl

took me a second to understand that all the tits where not troubled because of a trush sitting in a tree - it was a pygmy owl. They are so little, I've never seen such a small owl. They are very bold, it attacked the much bigger jays and they just flew instantly.

glued glances

While wandering through the fields, this dear caught me while looking at the camera for some time. I cant say how early it saw me, but she just stayed. After noticing her, we just stand still and starred several minutes at each other. I started taking my camera out of my bag and began shooting. She's still starring. More minutes passed and I kneeled down, then she leaped away. Such a beautiful moment, felt like on a cloud for the rest of the day.
