The #ICJ mandated additional measures against Israel “in view of the worsening conditions of life faced by Palestinians in Gaza, in particular the spread of #famine and #starvation.”

Israel must ensure immediate, unhindered humanitarian aid, including food, water, electricity, fuel, shelter, clothing, hygiene, and medical care with #UN cooperation.

This also includes opening land crossing points into Gaza for as long as necessary.

Israel must not carry out any military actions that infringe on Palestinians’ rights under the #Genocide Convention and prevent the delivery of urgently needed humanitarian assistance.
