There are 3 reasons why wars are no longer waged in Western #Europe ...

1) Parents love their #children too much and most families have only one #child anymore and they don't give it away.
2) There are no significant mineral resources in Western #Europe for which #war is worth fighting.
3) All states are involved in the #community through multiple #alliances: Council of Europe, European Union, #NATO, #OSCE, ...

The #question is why mankind does not manage to extend this successful concept to the rest of the #world?
