"General Mobeen", the former spokesman of the #Taliban police command in Kabul, said that he wants wants 20 liters of àdiesel from #Iran for every 10 liters of #water.

According to this Taliban media figure, a lot of water has flowed into Iran in the last 40 years and "Iran owes 75 billion US dollars from z#Afghanistan's water."

The Taliban is trying to blackmail Iran into giving them desperaly needed fuel but IRI regime seems to be preparing to go into war to enforce the old agreement between the 2 countries.

This can become the first war between nations over water.
