To the Romans 6
Meaning of immersion into Yâhuwshúa`
- What then shall we say [in 5:20]? "Let us continue belonging to the one, pertaining to the error, in order that the favor might abound"? 2. May it not be! We, whoever ones died pertaining to the one belonging to the error, how should we still be made to live by belonging to it? 3. Or are ye not understanding that we – as many as were immersed into Yâhuwshúa the anointed One – into the one being the death of Him we were immersed? 4. Therefore, we were buried with Him by means of the one of the immersion into the one being the death, in order that, even as much as the anointed One was raised up from out of the dead ones by means of the one of the assessment of the One of the Father, thus also we, by belonging to the new state of life, should walk about, 5. because if of Yâ-hwéh the ones (m.) grown together united of joint origin [~paired néphesh and Envoy-Twin] we have come to exist, of the ones (m./n.) [~middle] not thus with the Likeness being the ones (m.) not of the death of the same one (m.) of the Son [~death of the volunteer 144K early convocation] nevertheless, are also of one overcoming the demon (yisrâ’ë ́l) [~middle]. To bring forwards the one (n.) not of the Standing in the middle, we shall cause to exist the Profession of Yâ-hwéh (Yâhuwthâ ́h),
Dead to error, to live in Him
- because this One we are acknowledging, because he who is the old one of us, the son of mortal man, he was hanged on a gallows-cross together with Him, in order that might be deactivated the one being the body of the one of the error, of the one no longer for us to be subservient, belonging to the one pertaining to the error, 7. for the reason that he who has mortified it, he has been rendered innocent, separated away of the one of the error. 8. Moreover, if we have died united to the Anointed, we believe that also united we shall live with the same Anointed, 9. understanding that the anointed One, being raised up from out of the dead ones, no longer He dies: death, of Him no longer is it sovereign, 10. because He surely died for the one pertaining to the error at one time, but He is Who surely lives with the one belonging to the Power of Yâ-hwéh. 11. Thus, also ye, reckon ye your selves dead ones, indeed to come to exist, pertaining to the one belonging to the error, but living for the One pertaining to the Power of Yâ-hwéh, in belonging to the anointed One, Yâhuwshúa our Sovereign! 12. Therefore, do not let the error reign within, belonging to the one for the mortality of you (pl.) pertaining to the body, for the one to be obedient to it within, pertaining to the ones with the desires of it, 13. neither proffer ye the ones being members of yours (pl.) as implements of injustice belonging to the one pertaining to the error. Instead present your selves belonging to the One with the Power of Yâ-hwéh as living ones from out of the dead ones, and the ones being members of yours as implements of righteousness belonging to the One with the Power of Yâ-hwéh, 14. the reason being, the error of you (pl.), it shall not have sovereignty, because ye come to exist not under a Law, rather under favor.
Favor is not licentiousness
- Then what? Shall we err because we come to exist not under a Law, rather under favor [v. 14]? May it not be! 16. Do ye not know that, to whom ye present your selves bondmen for obedience, bondmen ye become to him whom ye obey, whether of error for death, or of obedience for justification? [2 Moshéh 21: 5-625] 17. But favor belongs to the One with the Power of Yâ-hwéh because ye were bondmen of the one of the error, but ye obeyed from the heart [~Yâhuwthâ ́h (Profession of Yâ-hwéh) (1 Moshéh 29:35, 49:8)] a pattern of instruction, for which ye were yielded up, 18. moreover, having been set free, separated from the one of the error, ye became bondmen to the One with the justification. 19. – as a son of mortal man I dictate, due to the one (f.), the weakness (f.) of the one (f.) of the flesh (f.) of you (pl.) – Because as much as ye did proffer the ones being the members of yours (pl.) dedicated to the one (f.) belonging to the uncleanness (f.) and to the one (f.) belonging to the lawlessness (f.) for the one (f.) being Lawlessness (anarchy) (26) [ZkharYâ ́hu 5:5-8], thus at this time proffer the ones being the members of yours (pl.) dedicated to the one (f.), to the justification (f.) for the purity. 20. For when bondmen ye became of the one of the error, free ye became to the One with the justification; 21. therefore, what fruit did ye have then in that, over which ye now are ashamed? Because the goal of those things is death. 22. But now, having been set free, separated from the one of the error, but having become bondmen to the One with the Power of Yâ-hwéh, ye hold onto the fruit of yours (pl.) unto the purification, but the One, the Goal, is endless life, 23. because the ones, the wages of the one of the error is death; but the One, the free gift of the One of the Power of Yâ-hwéh is endless life in belonging to the anointed One, Yâhuwshúa, the One our Sovereign.
(25) "But if the servant surely says, 'I love my sovereign, my wife, and my children, I would not want to go free', then his sovereigns must take him before the magistrates [’elohíym] and he will take him to the door or the portal, and the sovereign will perforate his ear with an awl, and he will serve him forever."
(26) Greek: also "anarchy", the fear of no authority, yet anomia also is used to translate "wicked trouble", the rebellion.
