I don't hear "world leaders" standing in line condemning such outrageous call, or sanction him, put him on no fly list or block his assets and his access to airspace of their country.

He is American, can say what ever jack shit crazy thing he wants, as long as he say it about Palestinians or Muslims, or both. It is perfectly tolerated and accepted.
And of course, the Pepsi/Coke people will call it a GOP-bad thing, while defending the criminal actions of #GenocideJoe with DNC-good "logic".
